Charity Involvement - The Labrador Rescue Trust
PanoConsulting is delighted to have built the new website for The Labrador Rescue Trust (LRT): www.labrador-rescue.com.
We also host the website and email as well as keep the website fresh with new content every week. How did we get involved with The LRT? Here is the story...
In August 2007, the owner of PanoConsulting Nicholas Swift adopted a black Labrador from The LRT called Rook. The rest is history. Rook has had such a postitive impact on Nicholas's life that Nicholas decided that he wanted to become a volunteer for The LRT. Having seen their old website which was very out-of-date and basic, he decided to offer his expertise to make them a new website as well as handle the updating of the website, email accounts, and hosting of the website. Nicholas continues to add new features to the website. Coming soon is an e-commerce component where people can buy LRT merchandise on-line!
Nicholas also helps The LRT in other ways. He organised a Charity Letterboxing walk on behalf of The LRT that ran from March 2009 to October 2009. All of the stamps on the walk were pictures of some actual dogs that The LRT have rehomed. Take a look at the Success Stories section of The LRT website for just some of the many dog that the LRT have rehomed.
